    This is a niche blog that I have been developing. I have done no advertising however it is well indexed in Google. With some love this can be a big money maker for the right owner that is willing to do some link building and advertising.

    This site comes with 33 handwritten articles (Yes, you can check them in copyscape) and even ranks well for a few good Google keywords (see attached AWStats reports).

    I will probably end this sometime wed. unless the bidding starts up. I have not determined a BIN yet, however there is a ton of unique handwritten content on there.

    I will entertain any BIN offers, however, my initial thoughts is that I will let the bidding continue for now... of course the right offer could change that. :)

    All traffic is organic as you can see in the AWStats I included in the first post. I have yet to do any link building or any promotion. You can see this niche is very high paying.

    Someone that can build traffic for this site could do very well!
