This site does make some $$$ on it's own, but it requires work, not alot, but still requires dedication to the site for improvements, and tweaking on ads, and selling of private ads to local and national companies.

    Time to revive this from the dead. I have since changed the business model of the site. I still have ads, but the site is now by subscription. The existing member prior to April have been grandfathered however all new members are required to pay a membership fee.

    I'm averaging 1 signup per day, which is estimated to generate about $3000K of revenue in the first year. $6000 the second, $10000 the third, etc.

    The last price I listed for the site is $12500. I will take $10000 for the site right now.

    The income has only changed by the subscription model. I am in the very beginning of this model and it seems to be working out the above posts outlines the revenue form that model.
