Wordpress themes that don't look like wordpress?

Anyone know of good themes that look less like a blog and more like a website? Or do you pretty much have to customize an existing theme to get the look I am seeking?

There's some great WordPress themes over at the official WP themes page. There should be a ton of non-WordPress looking themes over there that should be right up your alley. Good luck! :)

Thanks for that site, some of those of pretty sleek. So the wordpress themes on there would be as easy to update with mods and widgets as any other, correct?

Some blogs are just suitable to use a newspaper or magazine theme. Think twice before using them. You might think that it is a great type of theme but actually most people tend to screw up the whole interface badly.

To TS, do you mean "don't look like Wordpress" as in, it is a static site? Blogs can be static sites as well if you don't update it and take away the codes that prompts to show the time the posts are created.
