OK, just today I have finally decided to test my Azoogle account. I alredy have experience with cj so I have decided to take on something that might convert easy... offer #1630 - screensavers. They don't have anything in offer description and landing page is ok. So I have just post a link "get free Halloween screensaver" on my page for a day. Now I'm looking into Azoogle reports and I can see 71 clicks and 0(????) leads. Is this a joke? Don't tell me there was not 1 person that have actually downloaded screensaver which was just one click away. If I was using google 71 click will give me at least $10. If I was using cj I would have at least 30% conversion... My account is approved only for "Search" promotion type. Is that a problem? Please advise!!!
Not sure but I do know that different programs / offers vary widely when it comes to converting them. I've had programs where it can take over 500 clicks just to get 1 lead or sale and then others it will only take about 20 clicks. Have you tried asking AzoogleAds about the "Search" thing?
at least 30% conversion, yupp... on bad days, on good days 120%. Web doesn't convert as well as search, and maybe it's the wrong offer for your users...
I did send them an email so hopefully will find out something soon. I was thinking someone will be able to provide more info on this forum....
lol no conversions in 70 clicks in nothing unusual. Especially promoting halloween screen savers now?? why would you do that i just dont understand! Also many people dont like downloading stuff, also i think with them offers sometimes peoples computers may block the download. I havnt had much look with similar offers.
halloween screensavers? it's february. that's like pushing valentine's stuff in july. christmas stuff in august. WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO!!!
I did run all these offers in azoogle 1 year back. They do convert but the conversion ratio is very less for screensavers and toolbar offers. The lead is made when a user installs the toolbar which comes with the screensaver. The toolbar is detected as adware by many of antivirus softwares. This is the main reason for less conversion ratio.
I have listed that offer for just under a year now on a fraternal org website and it's been clicked almost a thousand times but yet to product one commission. I would check out some other offers. Azoogle is a good network for sure. I have been hitting it hard for the last six months and i'm coming up on my first hundred dollar day tonight and i'm stoked! I work full time, have a wife and two daughters that take up a bunch of my time. I read my ass off so I can suggest some good ebooks for ya to help you learn azoogle specifically. So I do this very part time and in the six months that I have been testing offers, pages and PPC I have gone from a $100 first check to a $100 day (today)... hang in there. Learn lots and test everything. Hope that helps...
rideswitch - all your advice are welcome. When you find some time please PM or just post ebook info. Would love to learn more... p.s. reps given...
Exactly. This causes the conversion rate to be EXTREMELY low because the user is freaked out that they almost installed Adware. Also, try a non-Halloween screen saver.
