How to find clients to my directory?
Where promote my site?
What I should change, can something improve?

Find some forums for your niche. You can also to a press release.

 

I agree with michindi, locate sites where owners of your target submitters would frequent, such as forums or blogs and advertise with them. A press release does appear to work better with niche directories so again, that is good advice.

all as your top listings ?

Your logo does not work, writing to small and unclear

100 empty catagories / run a promo to fill the empty ones up or delete / hide them until needed ( if you need to rent a crowd do it ) but empty seats tell me to stay away. perception over reality some times is needed.

Perhaps add some news items its empty, add to your advertise with us its empty.

Your terms of use do not also sit with what you have listed

remove that from suggest link ( if i went mainsteam to the average shop owner they would wonder if i was talking spanish )

? if i am suggesting a link i dont expect to pay, call it what it is advertise your link or similar.

No nothing wrong with accepting the sites thats your choice, but you will need to change your rules as they state you do not accept adult / porn yet you have them listed in your site, you need to remove those words if you choose to list them thats all

Yeah - 'gambling' also seems weired category for shopping...
It all looks like it was created by 14-year-kid and I wouldn't be suprised if it is so

loko - do you really believe people willing to submit and having all of this adult neighborhood?
Or you're too young to understand...

 

You're not cluing in on one thing Derek; prostitution/sex is legal for most all of europe and this seems to be a 'european directory', so that may be his/her mindset with their project. Also as far as gambling goes, each county has their individual policies I believe.

 

gambling is definitely more socially acceptable in Europe compared to how its viewed in the US atm
as for the sex shops I think it depends if you really think it is worth to have those sites listed because doing so may discourage some submitters

I dont think prostitution is legal in most of Europe anon
Holland maybe but even there I think there could be changes in the law

downunder also made some good points regarding your submission guidelines
Id also agree when he says fill your directory up with some sites to fill up your empty categories
never helps to look like noone wants to submit to your dir

 

I'm not against adult or gambling, too much I saw in my life
I was only thinking of submitters.
I don't think they feel comfortable to see their listings in such neighborhood...
If thinking of adult seriously - why not create seperate directory.

Yes, I can definitely agree with the submitters concern!

 

Feel free to add your directory to our Directory List. We have a niche shopping category and for "region" you can select Europe.
