    When Steven does the work, it's good, but I've been having problems for weeks now. I have a string of private mails where I ask Steven repeatedly to continue performing the submissions I paid for and he doesn't. What frustrates me the most is that he tells me "I'll do it tomorrow" and then doesn't do it.

    I paid for four submissions on one site and Steven has done two of the submissions so far. He has been late on each submission and trying to get him to do the third round has been nearly impossible.

    Steven, you shouldn't take people's money and then not perform the work you promised. I think it's a classic example of taking on more work than you can perform.

    Anyway, Steven tries to deflect his poor performance by saying he'll "make it up to you". I don't want it made up to me, I want the four submissions performed per our business agreement.

    Enough stories and excuses, just perform the work I paid you to perform.

    Seriously, buyer beware on this one. You may get some level of service, but you'll have to constantly nag Steven to do it (there's no way to know if I'll get the rest of what I paid for).
