Ok so I really want back into adsense so I am going to go the route of creating a company. Does anyone have experience of Adsense letting someone previously banned back in with a company name?

Also does anyone have a link where I can get started in creating an LLC?

    Thanks

If you live in the United States, check the website for the Secretary of State of your State.

As far as I understand, if you run the company with it's own EIN, then it is the company registering for the AS account. But..... reading the forums, if you add an already banned site, then you might be doomed.

To answer your question, check your state's web site. Business operation to a state is almost 100% just tax BS, so just check the tax revenue section.

Now to ask a question. Why an LLC?

I guess I am only after an LLC to get back into Adsense. Unless there is a cheaper way I can go. But an LLC is only $100 for my state.

Found the form too. Thanks :)

Curiosity killed the cat - but... why'd you get banned from Adsense? Just curious.

You want cheap? How about Sole Proprietor with an EIN?

I'm not offering answers, since each person has different needs, and your answer is based on your needs. What I would do, is create your sites, and read up on the different tax entities and their advantages(tax advisor will help). When you are positive what you want, create it, and then apply for AS.

Check about your state min tax as well. I have a California S corp, and even If i claim a loss, I still owe the state a min of 800 bucks a year. Other than that its easy to file all the paperwork yourself.
