Maybe it's the "unexpectedness" of the situation which some people are gifted enough to creatively deliver that makes us laugh, 'coz not every one can make us laugh. And I think no person is without sense of humor even if he/she appears to be the most rigid or like Hitler in his/her ways and looks. Only those who suppress their feelings miss the most in life for laughing requires a lot of authenticity...and humility. Yet, understanding humor also requires intelligence.
