    Hello Guys,

Has anybody been affected by any of the Google Penalties and then have gotten out of them ?

If you have, Please share your experience and what steps you took to get out of the penalty.

    It will be greatly appreciated.

Fix the problem that caused the penalty and then file a re-inclusion request to Google.

If it was link selling, remove all outbound links from your site

Black hat on page stuff - make your site totally clean

Google staff really go through EVERYTHING on your site for a re inclusion request so I have read so it needs to be squeaky clean.
If you dont know what caused the penalty....pay someone who knows a lot to investigate :D

What if you don't do a "re inclusion request" ? Will Google ever remove the penalty on it's own? (I mean in case you fix the cause of the penalty)

I bet they don't. Imagine when you have penalty and in "3" months the penalty dissapears but the problem is still there. What happens ? You get penalty again. So there is no point removing the penalty.

My thoughts on this are if it is a manual penalty (someone reported you for selling links), you must do a re-inclusion request. On the other hand, agressive link building, extended server/site outages, etc., do not require a re-inclusion request.

That being said, correcting any problems and requestion re-inclusion is the fastest way to get your serps back.

How do you know if a change in SERPs is the result of a penalty?

What if you submit a re-inclusion request for a site that has no penalty? Are they going to be pissed that you waisted their time?

that's bad, google should do as much as possible automatically, human intervention is always subjective and time consuming, when they will penalize 1 mil sites, who's gonna review the reinclusion requests?

our company site got removed on dec 10th and then put back on the 13th with a -50

It sells no links, has no outgoing links, does no-link exchanges, has no hidden text, or that on page black hat.

The only thing left is incoming links. I didnt think u could be penalized for incoming links since anybody can do that for u.

But, anyways, if a site can be penalized for incoming links then thats out of our control. I just wanna know that if we work hard and get more relavant links and put more unique quality content. Will this penalty go away, if it is a automatic filter that was triped !!!!

I am asking so I know if it is worth to continue putting hard work into this 10 year old site. Or give up and start again cause of whatever stupid google has done. !!!!
So if anybody else has exprience in being penalized and then getting out, I would appreciate the input
