Is this ethical or against TOS?

I have a site of a certain niche. The keywords are very low payers (max 5c,usually about 2c).Most of my adsense clicks go to a certain site that charges a subscription. Now would it be unethical to email the owner of said site offering him adspace on my site at a price?Maybe a banner.
Would this be against TOS also?

According to the ToS you aren't allowed to contact advertiser directly. So yes, I guess it will be against the ToS.

Mmm... strange. I tried to find the relevant clause in the ToS, but can't seem to find it. I'm sure there was something to that effect somewhere in the ToS.

If you ask them to bid higher otherwise you would use competitive filter this would be against tos :p

go for it, i would. This google clause does not benefit publishers or advertisers (from a economic point of view).

I believe the clause doesn't restrict you from communicating with the company, just communicating with them about that particular ad. You should be able to contact them to discuss other advertising opportunities on your site.

Send them an email and let us all know!
