    My site havent ready.
    if i submit the sitemap now will google index immediately ?
    is they any ways that i can place the sitemap and dont let google crawl first?

    It won't crawl immediately, but it doesn't take very long. There are penty of scripts out there that can point out when their spider is on your site.

    As far as the second question, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. You want to setup your sitemaps before Google crawls it? If so, just don't submit it in webmaster tools until you're done with it. (If that's what you mean).
