It will take 10 days for your ads to dissapear from the network, and another 10 days for the ads to repopulate should you take them down... Is it really that bad having a few links on your pages. Don't worry, I'm sure that your weight will go up again... What is the site? Have you checked the API to see how many pages have been indexed? How many ads are you running?
