Wanted: Quality Wordpress Designer/Coder

    Need a Wordpress Designer/Coder to create a unique design for a wordpress blog.

    Looking for someone who also has the ability to work with plugins, understands cross-browser compatibility and who wants to work on a high end well paying job.
