    I added To a-good-cause.com below button also put "this donates to a good cause.com" in alt of the button...

    Before I didnt have that and someone told me people might donate to me thinking they the were giving to something else...

    You can't please everyone. I'm not a lawyer, but it looks fine to me. If you're concerned about it, put the hyphens in the alt text.

    I'd put it on the left side, under the existing links and then move the text over to the right side in the available space.

    Most users look from left side to right, so anything on the left side will stand out first.

    I would remove the line break between the button and "To a-good-cause.com" so it's clear.
