    how long does it usually take to get approved for an adsense account? i signed up 2 days ago and havent heard anything back yet

    My g/f created an account and got approved same day. My buddy got an account and it took him 2 days. I guess it all depends on the rush they have at the time.

    my blog was approved in approximately 5 hours, but this process can take longer…sometimes. i don’t know why!

    I think it depends on the web site ... if you have a lot of content then they'll review your content but if you have a light web site you'll get approved within 6 hours ...;)
