practice of black hat is the main reason here,. once google caught you from doing this technique, it will surely banned or penalized your site

In following cases google can ban your site:
    1. Don't stuff the keywords in your content. Mentain Keywords density.
    2. don't buy links and specially non-relevant links from any link farming site.
    3. don't use hidden links in your site.

concentrate on your content and make your site for visitors not for Search engines.

... and also because of attempts to manipulate page rank or page relevancy.
To avoid your website being banned: Read the terms of Service of SE, always monitor your web site's operation.

Carefully read the guidelines of search engines and follow it. No black hat search engine optimization. Optimize your website using white hat seo technique. You will never ban. All the best.

If you are using any black hat techniques, you can be banned from Search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN. So, always use ethical/WHITE HAT techniques and follow the Search engines guidelines when making websites.
