    All PMs have been sent. One thing I haven't mentioned is the site is very heavily linked internally also. The links are coming from PR6 pages on sites I own, in addition to many permanent link exchanges I paid someone to do last year. Those links are themed and will stay. My links, many of which are also themed, will remain for a minimum of six months as mentioned in the opening post.

    The site has 100s of PR4 pages, and several PR5 pages also. If you sell permanent PR4 links in groups of five on each of these pages for just $15 link, $50-75 for the whole group of five, allowing multiple domains etc. (life time PR4 links from a PR6 domain), you can probably recover a good portion of the purchase price just from this... Something to think about...

    One person replied back with a couple of questions and he says he's "very interested"... that would be an offer at BIN of course... cuz I don't plan on selling for less than 5k.
