    Why don't you write a 3-5 page document with an enticing Title like

    Make Your Website Pay You

    Write about how websites can be used these days compared to the past. Show them how to do it for free, then sell services that compliment the free stuff (ie graphic design enhancements, SEO stuff, etc)...you could also offer to do the free service for a fee for those people who don't have the time but are interested in what you are saying. When you write, focus on a niche business.

    Go door to door and pass these out or mail in an interesting envelop.

    Sound like you are in school still so you could put several up on a board in a public area that says Take One.

    Put a sticker on your car with the same headline and the web address - with for a free copy...

    There are a ton of things you can do...these are fairly cheap.
