Why do I get the white space?

Why do I get the white space above and below the header on this page?

I am not very good in this area but I think you are getting white space because you have it in your .swf file - http://www.webhosting-webhotell.com/images/sample5NY6.swf

Pls ignore this if I am wrong.

 

Simply set height attribute of <embed> tag to 80 or so.

About border: your swf has it, check your fla
