    Need at least 200 GB space.

    200GB space? For that amount the host would have to buy a new HDD, Which costs about $25 a month alone... You need to raise your budget.

    To my knowledge there are no reliable web hosts that can afford to provide what you want at that cheap price. 1 dollar? are you kidding?

    i tried SynergyBox.Net for $1, just lost my money, i didnt received any cpanel or dns details mail. I think they are dead. DOnt use SynergyBox.Net

    i am there and they are even upgrading the hardware...
    cpanel has unlocked many features.
