I use Quantcast. I run their script on my site. It is pretty accurate. Better than Alexa. But it only gives figures for sites that are running the Quantcast script.

Yeah, Google Analytics is my choose too :)

Beside it easier to use, there also have tools that you can use to track your conversion rate. One of the function you can try to make 'split test' on your site. I have seen webmaster do it by analytics.

correct me if i'm wrong :)

I use webstats & GA. the most important part is to track where the traffic come from, what keyphrase they're using and how many unique traffics per day and even per hour.

oh yeah, for the sake of SEO, I want to know how frequent SE bot come to my site and how much time they need to index my pages.

If anyone has any questions about Quantcast let me know. I am happy to help. Quantcast is very much a compliment to Google analytics or other traditional analytics services. We provide audience measurement which is different than the funnel analysis provided by other analytics companies.

Apart from google analytics, google webmaster tools give some idea about your site performance. But the analytics and statcounter are the best. Alexa details are not that great;)
