    is a Yellow pages site with a database of over 150,000 business listings, each with their own details page (view sample - http://www.denveryellowdirectory.com/apartments/2702/Parkview-Apartments.html) that includes business name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, a google map and an Ajax rating feature.
    The site is brand new, so assume no traffic or income yet.

    Google eats these sites up, tons of content to get indexed. these type of sites are incredibly good at getting longtail keyword phrase traffic. People searching for a phone number or an address, or a business name. Not overused keywords with tons of competition, but thousands and thousands of unique keywords and phrases with limited competition for them.

    The site has adsense ads blended in well for a great click through rate (CTR).
