Seems to be decent, although I don't fully understand what this post is about. Are we reviewing your banner or are you giving it away, or both ?

Thanks for your comment. This banner is for personal use only, but I don't mind if you want to put it on your site :D

Sorry to be the only guy but unfortunately I gotta give a thumbs down to this banner. But you can improve on it.

First of all think why you made the banner? To publicize your hosting plans.

So, what you need is your logo to be dominant. All the other logos there should be gone. Secondly, your own logo looks pixelated. That needs to be fixed.

Thirdly, the way you designed the Intel Pentium Server is okay, but red font on a purple background? That's hard to read. And the border around the whole banner doesn't look good.

The banner lacks uniformity. It needs to look like it's all part of the same package. You should have your logo (which you do). And then list the features you have (not too many but enough). You put down logos but you can just use text. And then you need a "Click Here!" to motivate the user.

Lastly if you make the background stunning it will stick out.

    Just my 2 cents.

If you can, put a little space between the red rails logo and the fantastico logo. Just a hint.
