Lazy Blogger Tamish was having huge problems with his Adsense Account , so he thought about Calling up Google and solve his issue faster . Much to his disappointed it was a total NIGHTMARE !! Source
Getting an AdSense Rep on the phone for publishers wouldn't be realistic. Do you know how many calls they'd get in a day? I also remember reading on Google's site there was no AdSense number and all problems must be e-mailed.
i wouldn;t even try calling them. when it takes days for them to anser an email, how many people they would need to offer phone support within reasonable amout of time? its just not realistic expectation
AdSense has no "Call Us" number. Therefore phone support doesn't exist and something that doesn't exist can't be bad. Useless bashing of AdSense.
What are you talking about? When a company offers a service, advertising, contract, etc. but do not have support that is also "bad support" because it is definitely not a good thing for the publisher, regardless if it is realistic or not for Google. This is business. even cj.com which is widely known throughout the internet/webmaster /affiliate world have phone support. If Google can not realisticly have adsense support, then how the hell can they realisticly have adwords support, even live on the spot online chat? I'm even amazed how my adwords emails is answered within a day, while my adsense emails (I use a different email for adsense) can take up to a week to be answered. I would think if Google also had better adsense support, their adsense service would perform better. At least they can better organize the information online for adsense, it is a mess.
Why Google Does Not Have A Adsense Telephone Number?? I'll give a few reasons below ========================================================================================================= Adsense Publisher Earning $5.00 per month Hello Google I have a problem Google Rep: How can I help you? you find that no with your search... google not said anywhere that no is for adsense support. right? then its your fault, you call on wrong no think with cool mind.
You were commenting on something that made absolutely no sense to what I wrote. I clearly wrote since AdSense Phone Service doesn't exist, it was useless bashing of AdSense. You then came and said "What are you talking about?" I'm saying if something doesn't exist, then it cannot be bad. The point you were trying to get across is that they SHOULD have it while mine was they don't and have never mentioned they did, so saying the phone support is bad is irrelevant since it DOESN'T EXIST. Hope you understand. Thread dead for me. P.S: Sem-Advance, I agree 100%. That's why I said it's unrealistic for AdSense to have phone support. You have tons of people asking questions that can be found with a SIMPLE GLIMPSE of the TOS on the forum. Imagine if AdSense opened phone support! "Can I add more than one site?" "What Are Channels." Just wouldn't seem realistic. Plus CJ + AdSense are somewhat different. CJ is commission based while AdSense is CPC. Rep'd.
Thank you and what I added was just from one small faction of Google the adwords calls...calls about maps, google local, google this, and google that, would drive Google switchboard insane to say the least. CJ may have millions of publishers.... but few are active... and there are not many who are going to call and ask why if their rankings dropped their income dropped....
I do see their point, it would take a lot of resources to handle all the stupid inquiries.. But if you're earning 1k a day, a phone call every 6 months when you have an issue would be nice. If i had a issue with my offline job when i was earning $600 a week, i could go to his house any time and sit by the pool with a beer and talk. Even a credit system would be good, for every 30k in revenue you receive you get 1 credit for priority support via phone.
Google Adsense doesn't have a support number, how stupid is the guy in the blog is?! There are divisions in a company, which aren't related to each other. For examples, you don't call Disney's main office if you are having trouble with ESPN or Touchstone pictures. Peace,
Calling Google for AdSense issues is useless. They don't make ANY money off of AdSense, they do off AdWords. Are you going to support a cash cow, or the thing that doesn't give you nearly any money...
Premium publishers get assigned their own reps and they do have the ability to make calls. But Premium vs Normal publishers are two extreme cases.... opposite sides of the wavelength!
