My Seo Website-please Review

Hey boys and girls well i have been busy on my website, changing things people commented on last time. Just wondering what people thought now, any constructive criticism would be great.

Just had a look at your site.

I like it, the content is well thought out, and all related with quality info.

There could be some further SEO done - for instance there is no <h1> tag on the main page.

I'll be more specific. On an article page, for instance on the page:
http://www.back-links.org/EmployingSearchEngineoptimizationasaMarketingToolForWebsites.php

the URL would benefit having dashes, this is a well optimised URL:
http://www.back-links.org/Employing-Search-Engine-optimization-as-a-Marketing-Tool-For-Websites.php

On this page you should have a H1 Tag reflecting the URL/Article name. Your title tag should also reflect the article name, as appose to the homepage <title> tag.

The blue headings, such as: SEO Is Not Spamming, Keywords Are Stepping Stones, etc. Should use a H2 tag. This lets Google know what is priority and helps understand the page. You can edit the stylesheet to make it the same font.

I'm going to be really picky here

Your header looks like it wasn't resized very well and the borders on the text aren't very smooth (kinda jagged). I'm not sure what it would take to fix this. If you are using Photoshop, perhaps try another method of adding the border. Not a big deal at all but if you want to be really picky, that's my 2 cents =)

I am glad people pick up on things i dont, i am not sure what you mean by the text looking jagged where should i be looking? At the content, or the header or titles?

Yes and i was suprised you picked up on the banner, it has not been resized correctly yet, i thought it looked good like that though. But obviously not perfect yet.

oh, try to make header more readable!

you use: <img src="/images/logo.png" alt="logo" width="800" height="100" border="0"/>

and you logo.png is: height="130px"

you must correct this...

 

good job but you can use more colors "not black" for the tabs

 

I like the colors.

I think the large black blobs on the right hand side confuse things. There should be something to differentiate the Latest Updates SECTION from the latest updates THEMSELVES. It almost looks like you're framing the words 'Displaying the latest changes to back-links.org' and drawing attention to that. You shouldn't be drawing attention to those specific words but the content below it.

Good site and great layout, color combination. I read few articles and found them good and informative, but feel could be more exhaustive and definitive. Example; on how to create ebook- It is a wonderful article, and i am sure many webmasters would like to know how to create one. I feel, in the articles, you could have mentioned more free tools too that help making ebook. Similarly, you have added good tools, and can add some more too that are frequently sought by webmasters
Overall...a great site; keep it up

mate, you must use 800 x 130 for 'logo.png' , in this moment u use 800 x 100

check it out and correct it. If you are in seo you must know that <title> is the most important meta now. AND I LIKE YOU KEYWORD "GOOGLE" LOL
