I have always been a very happy customer of Parking Panel for many months & have referred business to them but about 2 weeks ago I tried login to my account & to my suprise I can't log in! I get a message saying: After waiting a few days & them contacting them via their contact form on their site, no response whatsoever! Then recently I tried to send an email to their email address as per their contact page & the email bounces back saying that the address isn't valid! Since then, I've switched all my domains over to Parked, but they don't pay as good. Anyone know, how can we get in contact with someone over there?
Thanks for the PM FKA200, will send them an email. Hopefully it won't bounce back like the one on their site. It's sure taking them a while to check things out, over 2 weeks! Have no idea what they need to "review". It would've been nice to receive an email, not just try to login to their site & can't log in.
Did you add any new domains recently? Sometimes they put on hold and then release your account. Try using their contact number if they have any.
Some strange problems with them off late. The stats do not appear for 4 days in a row and the delay really will put someone off who is experimenting with layouts/keywords. html the account most likely isn't banned and must be a technical glitch. But their tech support does seem horrible. I hope they all have not gone to attend the domains fest and other conferences. You can try mailing you account manager as well.
Sent you PM. I've started with them about 10 days ago, and moved about 80 domains there. the stats aren't the best..., I'll see how they preform by Friday and then will make a final decision
