    I have recently bought a domain through tdnam.com and I received it today on my cpanel.
    I bought that domain because it was a decent name in health category and had PR and alexa rank with good backlinks. It has some trusted baclinks like from TechCrunch and Crunchgear.

    When I checked the domain in my browser, I found a good looking blog on it. The blog seems to be a decent one.

    I believe that blog belongs to the previous owner of that domain and things are showing up because of some error in DNS prorogation.
    Infact I think the previous owner do not have an idea that the domain is no more his.

    What should I do now. Should I offer this domain to previous owner, or should I sell it in market or should I develop it as a website?

    I need some suggestions and ideas.

    I have contacted the previous owner and explained him the things.
    Let me see how things goes.

    Anyways. I have just dugg into the profile of previous owner and he seems to be CEO of a decent online business..

    So the last owner had a blog on the domain but just sold the domain, generally that means the site isnt worth anything.
    Once DNS transfers to you, that site wont be visible.

    Good potential in this one I think but not for a blog!

    "Fit" in the UK can also mean attractive (Don't know if this is the case in other countries, maybe not!)

    You could pose the question "Find me fit?" and get millions of people (preferably hot girls / models) etc to upload their photos to be "judged" on their looks, maybe be contacted for acting / modelling jobs.

    I believe Bebo run something similar to this where you can rate people's photos.........

    Bit of a shame to ruin a half decent looking site but I don't see any potential as is.

    Just an update on this. The domain is now with the previous owner. :)
    Lorenz is a great man. He offered me a decent amount for that domain and I accepted it.
    Thumbs up for Lorenz. Very Modest and Cool.
