    I see that most sites seem to use underscores, but also remember reading that search engines read hyphens as spaces ...

    Which format is more SEO-friendly?

    Can't say for search engines but for me typing a - is much easier than a _

    Sometimes I wonder... for whom are we making these sites... search engines or humans???

    Personally I prefer - as _ need 2 key strokes and seems not that professional. Just my 1 cent worth of opinion. =)
