I have a question on PR levels and all that, how or where do i get PR levels from? I've heard much about it, but yet know little about it!

One way is to get yourself alot of backlinks. Its not just something you get, when google does an update they determine your PR. But there is no "known" way of getting a high PR, that is only know by google and Larry Page who created the PR system. But your best bet is to get alot of traffic and alot of one way links. Prefereably links with PR.
