I have recently went to inventory.overture.com and the page does not load?

    Did they discontinued the service?

Its online but you must refresh the page 10+ times just for it to load, then after you submit your search you must refresh the page like 10+ for it to load.

The problem is tons of BH scripts scrape keywords from overture and apparently Yahoo doesn't want to upgrade the system so it can handle a larger load.

overture has been acquired by yahoo - check out the overture.com for info

i still use inventory.overture.com but only for comparative data. it's hard to understand now what does the number of searches mean, searches where? is it yahoo? some numbers i've got are too low for yahoo.. how to use it for an estimate for searches on other engines?

Overture is dead.... this is true. I'm currently selling the last complete scan, and that still pretty old. The Jan. 07 results is the most recent you can find. Hopefully, if Yahoo did acquire it, it might be back on its feet eventually.

Was overture any good in the first place? I always got such radically different numbers when I'd run Overture and wordtracker for the same keyword phrase. very confusing. Hopefully wordtracker is reliable cause all my research is based on it now!

( Any opinions on this would be great!)
