Need help with SEO will pay

Hi All,

My site www.learningsteps.com does ok for some keywords like
computer training, cbt, computer courses and computer based training - not so good for IT Training. I have done some research on these keywords with keyword tool and see that daily average hits is ok. However i am not getting nearly as much traffic as i should.

What i need is help in understanding whats wrong with my keywords (do i need to change these for better return in traffic keywords), ways of improving things (optimization) so maybe i can jump a couple of pages in google. (Am i stuffing the page with keywords to much.

I can offer $20 to someone who can help with this optimization (sorry dont have a budget really, site is free and i gave a link out and made $20.)
