I am considering selling my forum. I started this thing over 6 years ago. This has been my pride and joy for many years. Needless to say I won't let it go to a lowball offer. Site runs off of IPB. Current license is expired, so I will pay for a new license for the buyer. Skin custom designed.

Site runs on a dedicated server that has some other small sites on it. This server is paid for through the end of the year so the buyer may keep the site on the server if they wish. Approximate hosting costs are about $1200/year. As I stated above this site is my pride and joy. The site pretty much runs itself. It has a volunteer moderation team that you may keep or select new ones. Occasionally I have to do some db maintenance, but for the most part it's a smooth sail.

*** Private ads are sold to local and national companies. Most of them renew with a simple email reminding them to renew. There is a huge potential for more advertisers but I just haven't gone after them.

Looking for offers in the mid $XX,XXX, but I will entertain almost any offer.

For those that have been asking about stats... Here are the last 30 days... I can pull the entire year, but there is a 4 month gap in the stats due to some bonehead(me) messing up the adsense code...

Site uses friendly urls for search spiders. Adsense can be targeted to just about anything, and I will show you how. Google visits at least once per day.

I will send adsense stats to those who are verified serious buyers.
