What is the business model you would prefer to follow ?

    A. Offering items with low price to attract more buyers and sell more quantities.

    B. Offer items with high price so you sell less quantities and can have less stress on support ?

and in low price strategy how will you be able to handle large volume support assuming you will build a wide client base with your low price ?

The important thing here is "support" so put that in mind.

If you are talking about "one-man show" sure it's B. Many people on DP in B/S/T section are using A. And that's why they have more stress and probably even less money.

But I hope there is option C as well which is - offer items with high price AND selling more AND someone hired taking care of support

    :)

I would choose , not that there would be less stress for support but that there would be adequate and good support.

    B. its always easier to handle, but you must be sure that your product really worth of it, otherwise you will get chargebacks and bad feedbacks.

will ensure less bad feedbacks for sure, given that more support to customer ratio. Chargebacks given proper procedures for payments is not an issue too.

I added a poll. that would be a nice survey for building marketing strategy :)

for myself. I like high price items as a seller and a buyer. less hassle with support (at least I get paid well for support)

Depending on target size. If the size of my target market is huge, for example, earning money online, I will use low price, high quantity strategy. If my target size is smaller, like trading currencies safely using USD/JPY pair, then I would utilize the high price, low quantity channel.
