I came across a site that has multiple folders, each differently named v.i.z procedures, services, gallery etc..however within those folders, there are files with names v.i.z. gallery/index.html which are similar to files in other folders .v.i.z. surgery/index.html I am wondering if this will negatively affect Search engine ranking, or will the spiders be able to differentiate between the different pages t as they are placed in different folders. thanks, DD
agree, content and meta tags must be different for those pages, it wont harm. I have same things in my sites and doing great no problems at all.
