Is an ad revenue sharing forum legal?

I have just noticed that this forum shares ad revenue. Is this a breach of the
adsense TOS??, I would have thought that they would put a clause in that
stopped this as it could encourage people to click each others ads.

But i can't find anything in the TOS about it and DP is a very respected site
so I guess its not a TOS violation.

No, it is not against Google TOS. Otherwise DP and many other forums would have had their accounts banned long ago

AdSense revenue sharing is not against TOS, there was some big discussions about this on the official adsense google group, you should go search the archive for them.

Yeah, even i was worrying about it but later thought that if it was against ToS, this wouldn't have run for long. So easy..

Sure it's legal. You don't think that Google know about dp. Matt Cutts is even a member here.
