    I have 4 proxys which i want to put adsense on. I just signed up and it said web adress.. Does this mean i need to make 4 accounts for my 4 proxys as ive heard you only need 1 account?

    no ,you only need one account...and it's not allowed to have multiple accounts.

    just add the code to different sites. that's it. you need to read google TOS completely my friend, it will help you to understand google system much better
