    Hey Guys,

Right now I am in college and they are giving me a bit of a hard time.
Whenever I log into my cpanel (for any of my sites) to many times in a week or so they will ban that site from the internet. So then not only can I not work on the site but I can not even access it to maintain users.
Every time this happens I either have to go to another area of campus and access a different wireless signal or I need to go through a proxy.
I was just wondering if anyone knew of any free program based software that would change my ip ever few minutes or on demand?
Any help would be appreciated as I am getting far behind on the development of several of my sites.

    Thanks,
    Evan

Just go through a proxy when you are in campus, in this way they won't be able to track your real IP.

I have read through like a 45 page report they have about campus internet usage and it has a few things about webhosting and how it may possible ping the campus servers and take up to much bandwidth becasue the main purpose of the campus internet is for "educational purposes".

The problem is I live on campus, so for the next three + months till I come home in May I will be having this problem.
And viewing through proxies just gets annoying.

You can try to get a server outside, anytime you need to do work on the cpanel, just login to that server and proceed from there, it can easily be x-windows or a Windows server to make life easier.
