People reading about dogs are not going to be that interested in a PSP Joypad Holder & Charger, however they may be interested in various dog related adverts which AdSense displays.

Chitika really isn't for your site. Stick with AdSense it seems to be doing its job just fine.

I have pet related ads appearing for the most part. For some reason, even with pet key words, I get the od quirky ad.

I found Chitika started out GREAT then went majorly down hill, I still have it on a few websites, but am gradually getting rid of it.

This site does better with Chitika than with AdSense : www.stroller-advisor.com ( sorry the link is not live as this is my second post and I need 10 before DP will allow live links  - clikck on my user name for gome page).

I have been told that it is because it is product oriented. Is that right?

I checked the pages and although there are some pet related items in chitika, they were too random. I'd much rather click the adsense looking for more related info and not gift items that have pictures of dogs on them :)
