I dunno, what my friend always suggest - put anything that can motivate people to go to your site everyday. recurring traffics by providing "extra" service like forum, games etc. so, you'll have recurring traffic + new traffics everyday. talking about compounding traffics?
The question is: where is your newsletter? I seen your website but I was not able to find a newsletter. You need to have it in order to create massive traffic and profits. It's the first thing to consider when you have a website! Second point: how do you place yourself inside your website? (are you the Master, the guru, what?) You must be the master that teach AdSense to other people. Otherwise...there are no ways visitors will return to check it again... Third point: Use Craigslist to send free targeted traffic to your business. You just need 3 minutes per day to post. Hope it helps.
start a mailing list and encourage signups by offering a free course only available on the mailing list. Using aweber you can then automatically email subscribers everytime you have made a new post (or post a weekly update). This will improve visitor retention.
