TBH, Bucknor was a great umpire. I was a huge fan of him, and I still respect him a lot.
But I believe he carried it too far. He is 61 now, and at that age it's really really hard to judge everything within a fraction of second unless you are a super human.

Indeed he was a good umpire but now he should retire from this job. He only person who is umpire in Cricket and Football both.

I am glad Australia lost and I am glad that India were the team that did it. I have always enjoyed watching India play.

On the other hand, I don't think India are quite the saints that their fans are making them out to be and I don't think their behaviour was perfect by any stretch. The passion of Indian fans borders on ridiculous at times.

Let's face it - if the "national honor" of either India or Australia hinges on the behaviour of their respective cricket teams then both countries are in a world of hurt.

 

Agree. Im getting sick of the high politics in cricket. So much so i don't care about the sport much anymore which is a big shame. Because i once loved the sport.

Yeah the decision sucks. I donno why Ganguly is kept out of ODI's . It was just another non-sense decision by selectors. Beside, it also seems the young guns(Dhoni) prefer the young ones rather than the senior players.

 

I think Gangulys running between the wickets is bad. His fielding is bad. And the Aussies will take his bowling apart. I think its a good move.

 

Well selectors are playing politics. Yesterday Vengi told to to Press that team is for future and these two boys play only one year. How can he say it?

Also if they know it that Both player will not be part of ODI than Team should be declare after 4th test so these two player not much disturb.

Ganguly will feel so bad for this test match. They should just reveal it after. He will probably make no runs now.

 

Even though Yuvi is not fit, he is in. Its times, these holes(selectors) should get treatment . Way to Go !!!!!!!

 

Yuvi is seriously out of form though. Sure he is a must for ODI. But he really needs to pick up his game.

Munaf is not fit player for Cricket and I don't know why he is in team. He play 2 or 3 matches than sit due to injury.

 

No team wins every match. The aussie team hasn't lost its credibility just because of losing one game. The Indians are clearly under-performing because with the talent they have, they should have won the series and not celcbrate a 2-1. Thanks.

 

Well India can't do because Aussi can't lost this series. However India can drew the series by 2-2. India never lost a Test series since 2002 agianst Aussi.
