Oh come on, they are never going to stand trial for anything anyways. At least not with our current Congress of Republicans that back the administration wholeheartedly and Democrats who are too pussy to do anything but complain about the Republicans.
I haven't seen a previous President of USA on trial for anything yet, I guess there never will, I don't think any current Presidents would be willing to set a precedence that may affect him when he is retired from the Presidency. Any problems I think they can just claim it as Acts of State and forget about it.
Video is a bit old, over a year at least. Also why should they stand trail for protecting US Citizens. FDR basically enslaved everyone of Japanese linkage including U.S. Citizens and no one talked about putting him on trail. In fact he is considered one of the greatest presidents of the 20th century
It's often forgotten, but FDR also rounded up Italian Americans. The President is the closest thing to God on Earth in America. Even the absolute rascals are remembered with reverence and worshiped as heroes.
Hopefully we've learned some lessons and won't repeat these mistakes in judgment in the future. To me, this administration just admitting their guilt. Why all the secrecy? As McCain said, it's 'who we are' as a people. The treatment we give to others and how we behave should matter. We shouldn't lower ourselves.
