    Just checked todays report so far and there's:

    7 Page impressions
    13 Clicks
    Page CTR: 185.71%

    Earnings:$1.46

    Earnings are small, there must be some low paying ads shown at the moment.
    But the CTR is huge :D

    And all of this happened without promoting or doing ANYTHING :)

    I wonder what happens when I put there some unique content and start to promote it... ;)
