    while your ads are blended pretty well, the color of the text/links is black, while the content is gray, which might lead users to think you want them to click the ads (which in return will make the user stay away next time)

    my advice is to put ad units somwhere cause they are poroven to be the best, also you sould maybe resize rectangle to version which has only 2 adds (too many ads can make your visitors turn away
