Need a Designers and Coders

Some friends and me are going to be needing a coder or two and a designer or two. We are going to be making a ladder/tournament site for gamers. The consoles involved will be PC,XBOX360, and PS3 to start. We will be buying the ladder script within the next few days.

The script is an EGL. Eliteladders.com

This is all voluntary! You will not get paid! We are looking for people who want to start a ladder site. There could be pay in the future, depending on revenue and etc. If your gonna say no one will do this then get out... We don't care. We want people who are interested and aren't in it just for the money.

If you don't find any luck here go to www.guru.com. I wouldn't recommend GetAFreelancer.com. They are cheaper but there are too many childish designers on that site who can't deliver.

Some people on these sites will do work for free to earn your feedback. However, I'm not so sure you can do that with GetAFreelancer.

What's in it for the coder if they do the work for "free"?

 

Coding a basic template deisgn for the site and interegating the script with the template.

 

How are they supposed to benefit off that? You're not using a marketplace so they can't generate feedback. The only benefit I can think of is so they can include the work they did for you in their portfolio and use you as a reference. You should include that in this posting.

 

Yes they can do that. I am not looking for someone who doesn't want to do it laugh out loud. Its someone who likes gaming and etc.
