    Hello fellow DPers,

I just wanted to inform you that you can register .info domain names for $0.99 each at Dotster.com The coupon code is: 99INFODOT

This is not an affiliate coupon code, since you can see this at the right side of Dotster.com. :)

Please correct me if I am wrong, but something fishy is going on here. I just tried to register about 10 different info domains and they were all supposedly registered and there was a redirect to sedo to try and make an offer on the domain name. I tried some pretty random things like this for example: famradlisforum2343243.info Anyone else noticing this?

This sounds spammish to me. Also...who wants a .info?

.info domains are the haven of spam.

Spammish? Are you out of your mind? Yeah, I'm spamming DP by including a link in text format, and pasting a coupon code that can be seen on the right sidebar of Dotster's website... you're really dumb. BTW I know a lot of webmasters who register .info domains daily...next time I won't tell anybody about discounts like this...

Well i think that the posts 2 and 3 are stupid . Sorry for being too direct.

websiteideas : You must first see that the domains you want and not preregistered .
frodosringfinger : not perticularly , the best .info site i can think of is pagerankchecker's site with pr 8 , and .info's dont mean spam sites only if they are cheap.

    JeremiaSK8: Nice share appreciated.

Again sorry if i was too direct

    @ website ideas / webster007

I noticed that when you enter from the main page it checks the status for "dotster.info/.com/.org/etc and not the domain you ACTUALLY entered. If you enter it again on that page, you will get the correct scanning.

so make sure you're at the https://secure.registerapi.com/dds3/index.php?DomainName= page when testing

Wow this is the most ridiculous crap I have heard if I was a mod I would ban you for being "retarded" :D. Please think before you speak and you will last a lot longer here at DP.

By the way JeremiaSK8 always give this information out as it helps all of us ;) keep up the good work

Thanks for OP sharing this info.
For dotster, the only coupon code for .com is "getonefree" which when you buy one domain and get one free. However I would recommend you register in mydomain.com, a dotster sister company, price is cheaper and if you use coupon code "htmli.info" you get 15% off. Valid for renewals and transfer also.

I totally agree with you mate. :D

BTW I'm always looking for cheap .info domains, and I thought, it would be a nice 'gift' for other .info-buyer members to share the news about the discount. :)

Thats just plain funny. LOL. :D

Thanks for sharing this info, I have been looking for $.99 .infos for a few months now since Godaddy stopped offering them. I register a lot of .infos and it makes a big differnce. Just spent $50 on them the other day. Wish I had had this then!

    Thanks again.
