Need someone who can write simple program

Hi!
I need program. I want, that this program add text/numbers to links or text. Example: (I've writed text to this program) digitalpoint.com - and this program will add http:// and maybe after com two numbers, effect = http://digitalpoint.com1 thats al. I want text to add, its only example.

Ok one more. I want program which will add some text ( i tell you where and whats text ) example: i writed to program: liam1412 = and program convert this to = www.liam1412.com. Understand now ?
