I've recently bought a few. What are your thoughts on them?

    TBH,

It really depends. Just like ASCII, there are crap IDNs. In general, I think they are really good.

I make pretty good revenue from them. Russian IDNs are the best, I believe. French, Spanish, Swedish, German, and Polish are very good, too. Lots of traffic and decent revenue. Japanese IDNs have less traffic but the revenue per visitor is incredible!

Some IDNs are better than others, like ASCII domains. Good domain names are good domain names.

[俺の店] - sounds very brandable -

    俺の店 -
    In Chinese - [俺的店]; [我的店]
In English - [My Store]; [My Shop]

    I like it ;)

I agree, good ones.. And it is very interesting to see IDNs listed in the top results of Google.

I hope IDNs have better days in the not-so-distant future...

    :)

I got suckered into buying some after hearing the hype on here :p

English/Sweden . net in Arabic, as well as hosting (not web hosting, the guest kind).

Small investment... hopefully it'll pay off eh :)

No one will mind if you leave some for the rest of us.

Seriously, it would be great to see what you can develop if you are an Arabic speaker. Would love to see your Arabic web sites!

Can't speak Arabic for nuts mate. Only reason I have guest hosting instead of web hosting is because I asked someone for a translation and he gave me the wrong one! :p

I finished up my fresh regs. I have a couple of more lists that I could go after, but why not leave some for the rest of the pack? :)

Seriously, it is a hard habit to break, but the only way to focus on development. Now.... Where to start? By language? Topic area? Hmmm.... Topic area is getting a little boring (ForEx, Credit, etc.).

Get a new hobby and things will be just fine, tbh. Web master is a good title. Sites are a good hobby.
