I am looking for a good natured, and friendly person for a long term contract to answer between 10-15 customer emails a day. I answer the emails right now and it takes about 1 hour a day (accumulatively throughout the day). For the most part a lot of the questions that are asked are variations on the same theme and there is the occasional email that requires you to perform a refund. I will provide a small knowledge base with stock answers to most questions. You should be have a basic understanding of HTML, be familiar with myspace, and understand of what an IP address is, and a basic understanding of how home/office routers work. If you are unsure about your technical ability PM and I'll send you a link to what the service is so you can let me know if it's within your capability. I am not looking for a highly technical person primarily- I'm looking for a customer service oriented person who has some technical ability. I'm looking to fill this position soon and personally train you to start Feb 1st.
