Established Dating/ Seduction Network 8000+ members 3 YEARS OLD Adsense Affiliate

I'm now selling a very profitable and well recognised branded website here on DP in the dating/seduction niche.

A bit of a background: I was deeply involved with the dating/seduction community a while back. I worked with the likes of Neil Strauss, Mystery and RSD even before Neil Strauss wrote 'The Game' which became NYT #1 bestseller.

However due to my other commitments I have now mostly 'resigned' from the game and have not been able to give the time, care and attention this site deserves. The site is established for over 3 years, started back in 2004. Over the course of a year our mailing list built to over 5000 members and we generated over $8000 in sales via affiliate marketing alone of various seminars and products.

However I've been dabbling in and out with this, so it's fluctuated. I have been building the site back from December 2006 - August 2007, and have an aweber mailing list of around 5000. I stopped for a while to focus on other stuff, and the site was down for a bit between March 2006- October 2006. I started it up again in November 2006, and with minimal promotional effort it was making over $200 by December 2006 and $300 by Feb 2007. You can imagine how much money you can make if you have the time to promote it etc.

The site comes with a media site hand coded and custom designed, along with a couple of established blogs. It also comes with a couple of very valuable and established domains, one which is great since Neil Strauss just released a second book 'The Rules of The Game' which is bound to be a big NYT bestseller.

In summary:

1) Site is in dating/seduction/attraction niche, specifically focused on media content. Already coded with adsense etc.

2) Sale comes with content, website, copyrights, mailing list, etc.

3) Will use Escrow.com or bank 2 bank transfer if poss. Paypal may be arranged.

4) Website name is established and was making anywhere from $50-$100 per day with affiliate products. The key is that our name is established. I built a list from scratch with VERY little promoting, so imagine how much you could generate if you start selling programs, affiliates etc again. I will help you with setting this up.

5) I am selling because I am looking to invest in a non-related niche.

Remember that I started Adsense in November 2006, and the site was inactive for over a year before, without ANY promotion I was getting the following stats by December 2006 (copied and pasted from Google Adsense acc):

I'm only selling it because I've shifted focus and so this will take up too much of my time even if it can be very profitable, so I'm looking for a quick sale so that i can refocus my attention on other stuff.
