Introduction

I will first start of by saying that this is not a get rich quick scheme, it is a genuine established online business for sale. This is also not an affiliate of another site, you keep 100% of all the profits.

http://www.racingmaster.co.uk was set up about 1 year and 4 months ago. It gets high traffic, it has a google pagerank of 4 which has taken a year to establish it's self on google.

I average 12 sales a week via the website this is without any paid advertising! 12x £14.95 = £179.40 a week = just over £10k a year!

When I do pay for advertising I do it through racing-index which I pay £20 a week and I average an extra 10x sales a week! 22x £14.95 - £328.90 a week = £18k a year

This is with minimal work, as I've built this site up already it basically runs by it self. In fact it does!

So how do you make money from the site?

The site sells a horse racing software which I made, once a customer pays via paypal they are automatically sent to the download page which from there they can download the software instantly. You can just check your email every other day to see how much you have made it's that easy!

The earning from this site is huge trust me I should no I've made over 12k in one year with it!

The website is already listed in all the major search engines including yahoo, google, msn and AltaVista and many more.

They say a business should sell for 2 years worth of income. I am sure that this will sell for way below that. Whatever it sells for you will still be getting a bargain.

Well as previously stated I'm making at the moment an average of 22 sales a week which = £328.90 a week which is £1640 a month this is with me just paying £20 a week on advertising! crazy I know.

You can make easy £18k a year with this site. More if you advertised it in the racingpost, sponsored links etc.

Remember this site has a google pagerank of 4 which takes a very long time to get. As it has such a good pagerank you receive loads of free traffic. TRAFFIC = £ !!

Pagerank seems iffy, 0 backlinks in google, but that wouldnt effect the value of the site in my opinion. Got some questions though.

Can you post revenue proof?
Tell me about the software, what exactly does it do?
Do you have the source code?
Whats it programmed in?
Did you yourself program the software or did you hire a programmer?
If you hired a programmer are you still in contact with them?
Will you sign a contract to transfer intellectual propery rights and sign a non-compete agreement?

Im interested, but need to know more. Also, got a BIN?

Im not saying it isnt legit, just seems unstable, with no links in google.

The software is a betting software that generates horses to back through stats etc. So customers don't need any betting knowledge but don't worry it's a fully legal system.
A good friend of mine programmed the software through excell. Once you open up the software it is a pop up system with racingmaster logo and a few other features. links etc

This went on eBay last week and ended up at £4,500 but the bidder is yet to pay... So it's back up for sale with a buy now of £4,000

If this doesn't sell it will go back up on eBay.
